All Campers will be staying in townhouse-style apartment suites. Each suite includes: two 2-person bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs; and a kitchen (with a range and full sized fridge, but no microwave), a living room, closets, and a half-bathroom downstairs. While all accommodations at St. Anselm College are 100% accessible, single floor suites ARE available and will be given to Campers who require them (please see below).

Since there are a finite number of beds, please expect to be paired with another Camper. If you don't request a specific roommate, we'll gladly pair you up with someone. Single rooms MAY be made available after July 1, 2026 for an additional charge of $150 IF space allows.

Please note, while all event spaces are air conditioned, the suites are not; as such, all Campers who can are encouraged to bring fans.

St. Anselm's Food Services is 100% accommodating of all Campers with special dietary needs. This includes, but is not limited to: gluten-free options; dairy-free options; nut-free options; and both vegetarian and vegan options. But because they don't want want to over-prepare and have food go to waste, the college requests we provide them a list of Campers with particular food needs. If you have specific dietary needs, please note them below.

Campers with sensitive food needs and allergies will have their meals prepared and safely handled — and waiting for them! — ahead of time. That said, St. Anselm has made it clear to us they do not want to to risk cross-contamination, so these options will be kept in the kitchen rather than put out in the serving area. St. A's has offered to post reminders that these food options are available upon request, so everyone please simply ask for them and the Food Services staff will be happy to accommodate you!

The Camp Necon Art Show and Dealers Room have  been bedrock features of the convention for over four decades. Space is limited by exactly that (i.e. we don't have enough room to give one vendor ten tables or a dozen art panels!). Please let us know if you're interested and, as we always have, we'll do our best to accommodate everyone.

Camp Necon Traditionally Marginalized Voices Scholarship Fund 

Camp Necon is making an effort to extend opportunities for traditionally marginalized voiced authors to attend our convention. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please make a donation here (of any amount; all contributions are greatly appreciated!).

Camp Necon Refund Policy: Camp Necon understands that proverbial “stuff happens” and are happy to offer 100% refunds through May 31, 2026. While we cannot offer refunds after that date due to our commitment to our host venue, we can roll your registration forward for one year. Likewise, while deposits towards a full registration remain non-refundable, we can also roll those funds towards a registration for Camp Necon 45 in 2027 as well.

That said, we're also now happy to offer Purchase Protection at a reasonable additional cost, which if opted into guarantees you a full refund at any time no matter what provided you meet qualifying conditions (please see below). As such, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND opting in!
